PROJECT “PARK SAINT-PETERSBURG”

A unique Class A warehouse complex with cross docking and a broad range of temperature conditions. Parking for all road vehicles provided as well as office premises.

The Complex was built in 2016 in accordance with the requirements and standards of X5 Retail Group. The buildings are home to companies such as Perekrestok and Karusel, and provide a secure storage and distribution centre and an administration block for their wide reaching commercial activity.

The complex is located on its own private land, with two independent security posts and an access control system.

The entrances are connected to the Moscow Highway by a broad, three lane road and the exit leads onto the Lensovetovskaya road.

PROJECT “PARK SHUSHARY”

This is the FW Group’s primary Logistics park (?). Located at the Moscow Highway/Lensovetovskaya Road Intersection, this park includes four Class A Certified warehouse complexes, each providing multiple temperature storage conditions, paved areas and car parks.

The Complex was built over three years, with the aim of creating a single Logistics park of 70 Hectares in one of the most profitable locations in St-Petersburg. The location has easy access to the main transport routes of St Petersburg as well as being well placed for routes to Moscow.

Currently Park Shushary LLC manages four warehouse complexes, three of which are multi-temperature (refrigerated, frozen & room temperature) and provides on going long term rental to major operators in retail, Logistics and Distribution.

Each of the complexes are equipped with high level, modern security systems and also benefit from our maintenance services.
